We were there when this race started in April of 2010.  That year Surviving Strong had nearly 50 amazing finishers and loved it so much that we came back in 2011 with another incredible group.  We will be there again next April and want you with us!

Every single Surviving Strong runner that started the race, finished in fantastic fashion.  Along the miles, each and every one of our participants had a positive impact on many other people - fellow teammates and complete strangers. 

Together we will make this year even more amazing!

As we help you prepare for your first, fastest or most fun half marathon, we hope that you are able to give back to our group through some modest fundraising efforts. 

Since our ultimate mission is to empower cancer survivors, the fundraising requirements for survivors are slightly less than for all other supporters.
 
Donations can be cash, check or made on-line via credit card.  In the next several days we will have more fundraising tools available including materials to solicite donations and/or sponsorship from businesses.  We are also investigating the possibility of having optional personal fundraising pages; a determination will be made by mid-January.
